中国绘画的“和谐”表达可以理解为：借自然之形，体悟生命之“道”，融自然之“道”化于己身，从而“畅神”得以“澄怀”，继而“一以贯之”于绘画创作。亦即还自我之质于自然，回归自我本心。整个过程可以看作是一个能量形式的转化，从自我出发，关注当下社会，观照人与自然的和谐规律，最后回归于当下的自我。——刘冬
